What is the material used for our doors?

 

PREMIUM MELAMINE LAMINATE

6M series doors use thicker and premium quality melamine and plates that meticulously create natural-looking surfaces that mimic the aesthetic of real wood to fulfill your endless design imagination.

HIGH-DENSITY MOISTURE RESISTANT FIBERBOARD (HDMR)

Made under extremely high pressure with tropical wood, HDMR offers high durability that can bear three times the pressure and moisture of medium-density fiberboards (MDF).

HIGH MOISTURE RESISTANT ADHESIVE (HMR)

This state of art adhesive is made to resist and repel water. By adding it into HDF, it enhances the bonding strength of HDF. Making it the best water-resistant fiberboard available in the market (HDMR).

TROPICAL HARDWOOD WITH HI-DENSITY SOLID/SEMI CORE

Hardwood is joined together to make the skeleton of our laminate door. In the middle of the skeleton, a high-density core will be used to provide additional support for the door.

LOCKS & ACCESORIES

We use good quality locks and accessories that are tested and up to commercial standards. Our doors are also flexible to install any type of accessories in the market.

PREMIUM WOOD-BASED MELAMINE AND TEXTURE

Unlike other materials such as vinyl, u-pvc, or HPL which contain higher or full plastic elements, 6M melamine has deeper layers of color which are ultra realistic and soothing to the eyes.

SMOOTH TEXTURED TOUCH WITH ANTI-FINGERPRINT

6M series door has a smooth embossed texture surface. Making it easy to clean and does not collect dust easily. It’s a hassle-free door with minimal to no maintenance.

ANTI-SCRATCH, CRACK & COLOR FADING SURFACE

Our melamine has a layer of protection on the surface. It will protect the door from normal impacts, scratches, and interior UV rays.

EXTRA WATER RESISTANT

With HDMR, you no longer need to sacrifice your interior design by using aluminum or plastic-based doors. Our 6M series doors are highly water resistant and have additional aluminum side covers that protect the side edges that are prone to water contact.

BETTER SOUND INSULATION

Need some peace and quiet in your room? With a small upgrade, our doors are compatible with inserting sound insulation wool into our doors. Providing sound insulation abilities that are better than most in the market.
