Delivery & Installation
Our delivery charges are based on the distance, the quantity of product, and the estimated period (Trips) needed to complete the installation. Our delivery & installation service are FOC within Klang Valley, Kuala Lumpur & Putrajaya. Location outside of Klang Valley, Kuala Lumpur & Putrajaya will have charges based on above mention consideration. Some areas within Selangor are excluded due to distance. The list can be found in our delivery & installation policy.
Delivery Periods
The delivery date will be scheduled and confirmed based on the production period and agreement between both parties (OL Home and purchaser). Production Period might be longer during peak periods. (Ex. Peak Periods – CNY/Year End)
Return Policy
Strictly no cancellation is allowed once the order has been confirmed with the deposit given. However, amendments are still allowed before the start of the project (purchase of material or/and the start of the building process). Hence, it is very important to ensure the details you provide are correct. Product(s) customization is to be discussed in detail before the start of the project.
If you have received any damaged, incorrect product, or missing product, please reach out to OL Home within 48 hours from the date you received your product.
